Refund and Returns Policy

At PK Smart Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Our goal is to provide you with quality mobile accessories that meet your expectations.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You have proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
We do not accept returns for:
Products damaged due to misuse, drops, or water exposure
Accessories showing signs of wear and tear
Items purchased during Flash Sales, Special Offers, or Clearance Discounts, unless defective
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@pksmartshop.com with the following details:
Order number
Product name
Reason for return
(Optional) Photos or video showing the defect/damage
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping
If the product is defective or incorrect, PK Smart Shop will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong order placed, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
All returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash).
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash only.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
You can request an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value.
If the replacement item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately via support@pksmartshop.com or WhatsApp.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us clear photos or a short video as proof.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.
