Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan via reliable courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for defective or incorrect products.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned item is inspected.
PK Smart Shop reserves the right to deny returns for items damaged by misuse or mishandling.
